Full Construction
Foundation to roofline, framing to finishing — all construction managed by Madden with our skilled in-house team and trusted BC-licensed subtrades.
Key Handover
Occupancy permit, New Home Warranty enrolment, final deficiency walkthrough, and full documentation package. Your home is ready to move in.

Initial consultation, lot assessment, budget establishment, and preliminary scope. We confirm what's achievable before you commit to anything.
Design development, engineering coordination, permit applications, and HOA approvals where applicable. Full municipal engagement on your behalf.

Madden Renovations is a registered BC builder and all our custom homes are enrolled in the mandatory warranty program at no additional cost to you.
